So, this is what’s in place for the project now. http://www.joesherman.com/
At the bottom of the page, there’s a box about the YVP. His site, in general, could use some work–the links to “Archives,” “Blog” (go figure), and “Events” are dead. The site itself isn’t very interesting. Visitors don’t have all that much to keep themselves occupied with, honestly. If we’re going to make this project stronger on the web-front, things are going to need a major overhaul. Maybe another site for YVP entirely, with content teasers, if you will, on the Joe Sherman site.

Yes, I think we need a Flash feature on YV definitely and maybe JoeSherman too, where Martina’s photo’s show up one by one and as each appears we get a short audio clip from that person. That way we make the best use of the best of the raw materials.

Hi everybody, thanks for all your intros.
Youngvermonters.com web will be your main playground in the following weeks. This web needs to be built from scratch with all the features complementing the YV project: excerpts from the interviews, audio, photos, teasers, etc. This, though, needs to be timely coordinated with launching the book itself. Therefore, we think the web can be built and gradually improved but won’t be open till several weeks before the book would be published. Talking about late October for the web opening.
Joesherman.com is focused on Joe as a writer, and presentation of his other books. However, we are very much open to have the YV page within joesherman.com (the only existing page referring to YV project so far) improved.
